These wall panels are paintable, allowing you to customise them to fit any colour palette, making them ideal for various interior styles, from contemporary to classic to modern.

Choose a portrait orientation for taller wall panels or a landscape orientation for wider panels; the design will remain vertical in both configurations. Available in different thicknesses, including an 18mm option that's perfect for wardrobe doors, this wall panelling is versatile for any application.

How To Install

Measure Your Wall Panel Area

Begin by measuring the area where the wall panels will be installed to ensure you have the correct dimensions. If necessary, trim the panels to size or use our cut-to-size service for a precise fit.

Prepare the Panels

Lightly sand (if needed) then apply a primer (if purchased unprimed) to create a uniform base, improving paint adhesion for a flawless finish.

Paint Your Panels

Apply your chosen paint colour to the wall panels, and allow them to dry completely before moving on to installation.

Apply Adhesive and Position the Panels

Spread a suitable adhesive on the back of each panel. Carefully position the panel onto the prepared surface, pressing firmly. Use tape or temporary supports to hold the panel in place while the adhesive sets. ‎

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you may cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, excluding made to order products. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the items in unused condition.

Note: This policy only applies to retail customers. Orders placed by limited companies, sole traders, or other trading entities are considered B2B and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. Any return or refund request in such cases is at our sole discretion.

If you choose to return an order, a 15% restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received and approved. This fee covers our free outbound delivery services, and the potential reduction in resale value once the product has left our facility.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase

A photo of the item’s condition will be requested before confirming the return

This does not include made-to-order items, which are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for organising the return shipping of any products being sent back. If items are damaged during transit, we may deduct the cost of the damage from the refund amount. All returns must be sent to our workshop at:

Once received, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our resalable standards, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.

Custom-made or cut-to-size panels are non-returnable, as they are tailored to your specifications. However, if a panel arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Returns must be pre-approved. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

UK Delivery

Delivery is free across Mainland UK on all samples and orders over £100 – for orders under this threshold we charge a £25 delivery fee. This applies to our standard delivery service and dispatch times. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Based on the size of your order, it will be delivered either packaged or on a pallet.

Northern Ireland

Delivery is charged at £50 and typically arrives within 7 working days.

Fast Track Delivery

Need your order sooner?

Our fast track service is typically charged at £60 Your order will be delivered 3 working days after placing it. Before placing a fast track order please contact us via email to ensure delivery.

This service prioritises your order in production and uses an overnight courier.

Fast Track is only available for selected products. If eligible, you’ll see this option at checkout.

While 95% of orders arrive on time, courier delays can occasionally occur.

Please ensure a valid email address and phone number are provided at checkout, as the courier will contact you via email and/or SMS.

Deliveries are kerbside only. Couriers are not allowed to leave items in a safe place if requested. Bespoke Panels UK are not liable for any damage or missing items left unattended.

Please do not book any tradespeople until your order has arrived and been inspected. We cannot cover costs from delays or damaged deliveries.

Panel storage: We recommend installing panels as soon as possible after delivery. If installation is delayed, panels must be stored flat on a level surface. Improper storage may lead to bowing or warping and falls outside our guarantee. ‎
